Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a LivOn4ever account. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use LivOn4ever only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The Service
LivOn4ever is a free app that lets you record and preserve your stories, memories, and experiences in your own voice, for the people you choose to share them with. LivOn4ever is supported by advertising rather than a subscription fee.
Your Content
You own the stories, photos, audio, and video you create in LivOn4ever. By uploading content, you give us a limited license to store it and display it to the people you choose to share it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LivOn4ever to post content that is illegal, infringes another person's rights, or impersonates another person. We may remove content that violates this policy.
Account and Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
LivOn4ever is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivOn4ever's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which for most users is zero.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
